JOB SPECIFICATION

Master’s degree /master’s in social sciences/Equivalent to master’s degree with at least 5-8 Years’ experience in Microfinance in Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) or Banking Sector in Rural Districts of Sindh.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation and update of financial data with MIS and Bank
  • Ensure the proper trail of the CIF and IGG transaction at all levels of implementation (beneficiary, CO, VO, LSO, unit and record at central level.
  • Collect and keep all the record and ensure it is in order and ready for any audit check and verification.
  • Ensure transparent transfer of funds to the community institutions and its record-keeping
  • Capacity building of the Programme officers through classroom and on job training.
  • Ensure proper appraisal system
  • Monitoring of the CIF & Community Grants at the district/community institutions level.
  • Visit CIF borrowers & Grants beneficiaries and check the proper record-keeping at COs/VO or LSO level.
  • Develop proper and systematic database of CIF and ensure its effective & efficient implementation.
  • Ensure transparent use of the CIF by the community institutions.
  • Check compliance of SOPs at the district and field level.
  • Data consolidation and periodical reporting of CIF to Head Office.
  • Any other assignment given by the authority.
