Program Officer-Human Resource Development |
Master�s Degree in Development Studies, HRD or Social Sciences and have minimum 3 Years� relevant experience. |
��� �Develop Curriculum and design effective session plans as per the programme requirements and resources. ��� �Plan, coordinate and arrange the trainings as per agreed Project implementation plan and assisting teams in preparation of programme in general HRD plans in particular. ��� �Ensure the effectiveness and the quality of the trainings at field level and inform timely any deviation that may significantly affect the project outputs or the outcomes envisaged. ��� �Supervise guide and demonstrate to SO-CB and the social mobilization staff in delivering quality trainings. ��� �On Job staff/COs/CRPs capacity building on record keeping. ��� �Produce and share compiled reports on regular basis to District Manager, HRD section at PIU office showing progress, plans, achievements, innovations, learnings and the issues and challenges if any. ��� �Ensuring that the post training tracking systems is in place for the evaluation purpose to measure the utilization of the skills imparted through the trainings. |
