Main Responsibilities
Identification and selection of program beneficiaries, community leaders.
Coordination with local level CSOs, taking lead in organizing field level trainings, meetings, events.
Implementation of structural schemes.
Organize sessions with communities to create awareness about programme activities.
Introduce the overall program concept, approach, methodology and Program components to have a long-term vision of the program.
Identification and mapping of targeted beneficiaries.
Identification of community-based organizations and other existing (functional and semi functional) forums and networks as per agreed plan.
Identification of Capacity Development of CSOs based on functional and technical Capacity Needs and Development Plans.
Identification of participants for training on community score card approach for CSOs.
Prepare and provide plans and reports of programme activities on timely
Compliance with documentation and reporting requirements specified by organization and supervisor.
