Job Title:                               Community Mobilization Officer

Reporting to:                          Project Coordinator

 

Position Requirements

  1. Qualification and Experience

 

  • Master or equal to Master. In the case the candidates have minimum 3 years working experience, they are eligible to apply with Bachelor degree from any HEC recognized university.
  • At least 3 years working experience in rural development.
  • Preference will be given to women candidates.
  • Below 50 Years.
  1. Main Responsibilities
    • Identification and selection of program beneficiaries, community leaders.
    • Coordination with local level CSOs, taking lead in organizing field level trainings, meetings, events.
    • Implementation of structural schemes.
    • Organize sessions with communities to create awareness about programme activities.
    • Introduce the overall program concept, approach, methodology and Program components to have a long-term vision of the program.
    • Identification and mapping of targeted beneficiaries.
    • Identification of community-based organizations and other existing (functional and semi functional) forums and networks as per agreed plan.
    • Identification of Capacity Development of CSOs based on functional and technical Capacity Needs and Development Plans.
    • Identification of participants for training on community score card approach for CSOs.
    • Prepare and provide plans and reports of programme activities on timely
    • Compliance with documentation and reporting requirements specified by organization and supervisor.
    • Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
