  1. Job Title:                           District Monitoring Officer (DMO)
  2. Working Station:              Based at TRDP District Office Dadu
  3. Reporting line:                  The District Monitoring Officer will report  technically to the Coordinator MER and administratively to District Manager

 

Qualification:     Masters or equivalent preferably in social sciences, statistics or rural development from recognized university.

 

           Skills:

  1. excellent writing and presentation skills, particularly in English.
  2. excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  3. capacity to review, edit and summarize complex documents / manuals and material managing challenging timelines.

 

Experience:        At least 03 years’ experience of working in Monitoring position with the reputed

National, International Organizations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Verify (randomly selected activities) progress reported by the District Manager and its implementation team.
  2. Regular generation of Field Monitoring information for further reporting to Coordinator MER.
  3. Coordinate with local programme implementation teams on matters relating to M&E.
  4. Assess and report on beneficiary selection processes and targeting strategy applied in the field.
  5. Conduct regular field visits on a day-to-day basis to locations where programme activities are being implemented on the ground.
  6. Provide technical support to the implementation team in beneficiary identification and selection.
  7. Prepare field monitoring reports and provide feedback, guidance and recommendations to the field implementation teams for necessary corrections and improvements.
  8. Documenting and reporting of lessons learnt generated through programme monitoring at the district level.
  9. Any other assignment given by supervisor.
