Job Title:                                 Social Organizer

Working station:                     TRDP Office Dadu

Reporting to:                           Project Coordinator

 

Position Requirements

  1. Main Duties and Responsibilities
  2. Introduce the overall program concept, approach, and methodology and BRDCC Program components to have a long-term vision of the program.
  3. Motivate community to organize themselves and introduce the programme savings, capital formation, and skill development.
  4. Prepare a profile of village by collecting data on village statistics particularly on status of the village population.
  5. Identification and mapping of targeted beneficiaries for each village.
  6. Arrange dialogues, conferences and workshops for communities.
  7. Support and update the community and field office level documentation and record.
  8. Identify, selection and registration of beneficiaries for Training as per eligibility criteria and provide post training support to the training beneficiaries.
  9. Supervise and monitor the performance of CRPs.
  10. Facilitate communities to resolve community conflicts.
  11. Facilitate/support communities to prepare monthly plan
  12. Guide communities about the Schemes of Community Physical Infrastructure (CPI)
  13. Compliance with documentation and reporting requirements specified by organization and supervisor.
  14. Coordinate with communities and facilitate for smooth operation.
  15. Prepare and provide plans and reports of programme activities on timely.
  16. Any other relevant task assigned by Line Manager

 

  1. Knowledge, skills & behaviour
  2. Willingness to travel frequently.
  3. Good written and verbal communication in English;
  4. Experience working within complex matrix based organizational structures
  5. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, Good resource, presentation and time management skills.

 

  1. Mandatory (Qualification and Experience)
  2. Bachelor/ master’s degree from the HEC recognized National and International Universities.
  3. At least 02 years’ experience of field unit in-charge with the reputed National, international organizations.   

Preference will be given to candidates of District Dadu
