Job Title:                                 Finance Officer

Working station:                     TRDP Office, Dadu.

Reporting to:                           Technically to Manager Finance & Administratively to Project Coordinator

 

Position Requirements

  1. General Responsibilities
  2. Assist in preparation of the budget and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  3. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
  4. Control of payroll and liaison with payroll and maintaining the donor database in order to produce accurate financial reports.
  5. Monitor cash reserves, investments and maintain cash controls.
  6. Establish and maintain supplier accounts and ensure that data is entered into the FIS
  7. Payment of utility bills, vender & supplier’s and draw/release cheques.
  8. Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
  9. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports and submit to Partner
  10. Coordinate with internal and external audits about programme activities and maintain financial files and records up-to date.
  11. Maintenance of computerized general ledger, cashbook, and cash flows.
  12. Ensures all funding compliance as per rules, requirements/templates and as per agreement sub clauses
  13. Any other related task assigned by Finance Manager/Head of Programme/District Manager.

 

  1. Knowledge, skills & behavior
    1. Good written and verbal communication in English.
    2. Good resource and time management skills. 
    3. Computer literate, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, FIS operating required.
    4. Willingness to travel frequently.

 

  1. Mandatory (Qualification and Experience)
  2. Bachelor/master’s degree from HEC recognized National and International Universities in business Administration, finance, Economic or similar disciplines.
  3. At least 2 years of working as a finance officer with the reputed national or international organizations.

Preference will be given to candidates of District Dadu
