Job Title:                                 Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Working station:                     TRDP Office Dadu

Reporting to:                           Technically to Manager (M&E) &             Administratively to Project Coordinator

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Major Responsibilities
    1. Responsible for designing, planning and implementing of the M&E activities of the programme at field.
    2. M&E Officer will report weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, Interim and end line report of programme activities.
    3. Monitor the programme activities on regular bases and support evidence-based decision making in programme interventions.
    4. Conduct field visits to ensure quality of work and to identify the gaps in process of implementation and communicate accordingly in form of field visit reports.
    5. Provide inputs, information and statistics for programme reviews and planning workshops and assist the Head of programme in preparing relevant reports.
    6. M&E Officer will be responsible for the collection of different data in relation to the programme activities.
    7. Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results and support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the programme.
    8. Provide timely and necessary feedback on going programme activities and its implementation to Line Manager.
    9. Check and verify programme beneficiaries as per criteria in proposal documents.
    10. Ensure Complain Response Mechanism at Field and Office level and orient about community and staff.
    11. Compile record, document and share case studies/stories programme relevant with pictures/photos.
    12. Any other task assigned by line manager.

 

  1. Knowledge, Skills & Behavior
    1. Computer literate, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, MIS, required.
    2. Willingness to travel frequently.
    3.  Good written and verbal communication in English;
    4. Experience working within complex matrix based organizational structures
    5.  Possess excellent interpersonal skills, Good resource, presentation and time management skills.

 

  1. Mandatory (Qualifications and Experience)

 

  1. Bachelor/master’s degree from the HEC recognized National and International Universities.
  2. At least 02 years’ experience of working in Monitoring & Evaluation position with the reputed National, International organizations.

Preference will be given to candidates of District Dadu
