Applicant must be at least Graduate in Social Sciences and must have at least 03 years’ experience as Social Organizers.  Community Engagement, Effective Communications skills are the essential requirements for SO’s

• Introduce the overall program concept, approach, methodology and SUCCESS Program components to have a long-term vision of the program.
• Motivate villagers to organize themselves and introduce the programme of savings, capital formation, and skill development.
• Formation of new COs and strengthening of existing Cos/clusters and give them social guidance.
• Prepare a profile of the village by collecting data on village statistics
• Arrange dialogues, conferences and workshops for communities.
• Assist communities in needs identification and prioritization and preparation of the investment plan / portfolio of opportunities with the organized communities
• Assist community organization to identify beneficiaries as per need and criteria and support in preparing CIF and Grants proposals. The social organizers will ensure its proper utilization and record keeping at field level.
• Facilitate communities in identification of infrastructure schemes and resolve community conflicts with support from line/district management.
• Guide communities about the micro health insurance products, its benefits, health facilities and the process. 
• Compliance with documentation and reporting requirements specified by organization and supervisor.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual reports about social mobilization activities.
• Carrying out any other special assignment given by the supervisor
