Project Period: up to June 2018
Qualification: Graduate /Intermediate with Diploma in computer science/BCS/DIT
Experience: Two to three years
Other Skill: Computer Skill, Word, Excel, Power Point, have good data entry speed.
Job Station: District Dadu with frequent travel to assigned UCs in District Dadu and also TRDP Head office Mithi.
Key Responsibilities
- He/she will Enter Loan applications in MIS
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- He/she will Enter Deposited, verified recovery original receipts /sheets with confirmation and verification with due recovery.
- He/she will enter approved appraisals beneficiaries wise in MIS.
- Apply data program techniques, procedures and format. (like excel ledger, reporting format)
- He/she will produce recovery sheet beneficiary and village wise on every month.
- To Generate UC wise overdue list on monthly basis if OD in UC
- He/she will produce Weekly, Monthly reports
- Compile completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies (like PSC, Stamps/ CNIC)
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunction.
- Any other assigned by immediate supervisor/management
