CFS/WFS Facilitator

Job Description

                     Job Title:        CFS/WFS Facilitator 

Working Station:       District Badin & Dadu

Reporting to:              Project Manager

Services required       for assignment/project “Flood Response in Sindh 2022”, or any other assignment, as and when given by TRDP.


Position Requirements:

  1. Mandatory (Qualification and Experience)
  2. Masters or equivalent degree in Social Sciences, Rural Development, or other relevant disciplines from HEC recognized university.
  3. Minimum of 03 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position, preferably within the NGOs.


  1. Main Responsibilities
    • Responsible for additionally establish two women and child-Friendly Space WFS/CFS in both locations.
    • Responsible to provide a temporary protective space where multisector interventions can be offered.
    • To ensure space will be used as an entry point for access to specialized health and GBV services, psychosocial services including referrals to different needed services, and case management.
    • To ensure children will be engaged in recreational and life skills development activities to mitigate the effects of the disaster.
    • Responsible to establish tents where affected populations are located.
    • To facilitate, guide, and assist women & girls, and children during visits to women and child-Friendly Spaces WFS/CFS.
    • To facilitate referred clients from outreach clinics
    • To guide for required services and link those as they can get benefit.
    • Keep client record
    • Close coordination with health providers at THQ and Outreach team
    • Conduct Awareness sessions and counselling.
    • To support, guide and provide for new-born baby kits, Dignity kits and clean delivery kits.
    • S/he is finally responsible for the supervision of the space in which he/she performs his/her duties during working hours.
    • Responsible for data collection & keep all required data.
    • Responsible for daily basis, weekly & monthly report to project coordinator
    • Ensure a safe and human-friendly atmosphere within the Space.
    • Ensure activities consistent with programme guidelines.
    • To ensure the organization visibility.
    • Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/ Management.
