Job Title: Social Mobilizer

Working Station: Mirpur Khas

Reporting to: Project Coordinator

Project title: Integrated multi-sectoral humanitarian assistance to flood-affected communities in Pakistan.

Position Requirements:

Mandatory (Qualification and Experience)
Graduate from HEC recognized National or International Universities.
Minimum of 02 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position, preferably within the NGOs.

Main Responsibilities
- Undertake field visits to the target population for humanitarian assistance to flood affected area as per project criteria.
- Identification flood affected beneficiaries for cash assistance as per project design.
- Identification flood affected beneficiaries for hygiene kit as per project design.
- Identification flood affected beneficiaries for MHM/Dignity kit as per project design.
- To maintain documentation of provision of multipurpose cash assistance.
- To maintain documentation of provision of hygiene kit.
- To maintain documentation of provision of MHM/Dignity kit.
- To prepare progress reports on a bi-weekly basis with Programme Coordinator.
- Ensure compliance and rules under the project agreement.
- To maintain documentation/Files of hygiene promotion sessions (attendance, visibility, banners, etc.)
- Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports as per the requirement of the project.
- To ensure the organization’s visibility.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/ Management.
