                      Job Title:                      Cash Disbursement and Data Management Officer

Working Station:        Mirpur Khas

Reporting to:              Project Coordinator

Project title:               Integrated multi-sectoral humanitarian assistance to flood affected communities in Pakistan.

 

Position Requirements:

  1. Mandatory (Qualification and Experience)
  2. Graduate from HEC recognized University.
  3. Minimum of 02 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position, preferably within the NGOs.

 

  1. Main Responsibilities
    • Keeping the payment record of all the activities and sharing with the Project Coordinator.
    • In collaboration with the project team and coordination, determine the strategic direction of the project in the short and medium term and map out activities.
    • Collaborate effectively with other Project staff and the coordination team.
    • Manage the cash disbursement activities and ensure that the activities are going in the right direction.
    • Collaborate with the field teams to assess needs, monitor activities, and evaluate Cash Disbursement progress.
    • Ensure that lessons learned in the course of implementation are integrated into the project to ensure that it remains responsive and relevant.
    • Provide input and regularly review all FLAT Follow-Up for an ongoing project together with the relevant department manager and Programme Facilitator;
    • Be alert to opportunities arising for learning, collaboration, and partnership that may enhance programme quality and responsiveness.
    • Identify and interact with existing initiatives in the base, including community initiatives.
    • Develop and implement an exit strategy in collaboration with the team, MEAL, and the Project Coordinator.
    • Report regularly (as requested) to the Project Coordinator.
    • Translate relevant documents or information during coordination visits.
    • Work proactively to ensure that the projects are responsive and relevant to community needs.
