Job Title:                     Finance & Admin Assistant

Working Station:        District Jamshoro/Dadu

Reporting line:           Project Manager

 

Position Requirements

1. Mandatory (Qualification and Experience)

  1.         Bachelors or equivalent degree (B.B.A / B. Com) or relevant field from a recognized university.
  2.         Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.   

 

2. Main Duties and Responsibilities​

  1. Ensure that day‐to‐day Finance and Administrative operations of the project are carried out in an efficient manner.
  2.         Keep all financial and administrative records properly maintained and documented
  3.         Prepare and maintain all salary records in a transparent manner
  4.         Provide logistical support in organizing meetings, workshops, training events, and field visits
  5. Make sure that the procurement under the project is carried out according to the organization's policies & procedures and donor’s requirements
  6.  Ensure proper maintenance and management of all project assets including vehicles, machines and all equipment.
  7.         Monitor maintenance of the office equipment ensuring timely repairs when required
  8.         Maintain and update the documentation related to finances, administration and procurement
  9.         Perform any other official task assigned by the Supervisor/Management.

 

3. Knowledge, skills & behavior

  1.         Candidate shall have good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  2.         Must possess sharp computer skills for maintaining all required records and documentation.
