Social Organizer-Capacity Building

At least Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences y and have minimum 3 Years’ relevant experience as Social Organizer with experience to lead the team in the development sector at any reputed NGOs/INGOs.
  • Mobilization and form community Organizations of the rural poor communities of rural areas of Dadu and Jamshoro.
  • Conduct awareness training with women regarding the benefits of organized communities to encourage organization of the communities.
  • Obtaining information related to the beneficiary communities.
  • Reporting and Linkages with government and local organizations.

 

SO-CB will be based at the field office.  Since the project is only women focused so the priority will be given to the female. S/he will lead the field team of 6-8 staff members.
